A New Beginning
New Beginning was founded in 1994 to minister to the needs of the total man. As a multi-racial, multi-ethnic fellowship, we seek to provide our local assembly, our community, our city, and central Ohio with comprehensive ministry. We believe this is best represented by the "Four Walls" graphic depicted on this page.
We view each person's life as a "city with four walls." For one's "city" to be strong, stable, secure, and at peace; attention must be paid to each "wall." If any wall is in jeopardy of failure, not only is that portion of one's life exposed and effected but also eventually all "four walls" and thus the "city" will be weakened and ultimately destroyed.
New Beginning's ministry model is designed to address the needs of each of these "four walls" through ministry, education, counseling, and fellowship. With the goal of assisting each individual in their journey to fulfill the purpose and plan of God for their life. New Beginning's ministry model takes the form of four major ministries as reflected below:
MINISTRY SERVICES
New Beginning Christian Center - Worship, Discipleship, Fellowship, Ministry, and Evangelism dedicated to connecting all people with Christ and others.
New Beginning Family Services - Counseling, Education, Fellowship, and Community focused on building strong and influential families.
New Beginning Financial Services - Education, Counseling, Job Training and Placement dedicated to improving one's financial condition.
New Beginning Social Services - Emotional, Mental, and Physical Health Education, Counseling and Seminars to assist individuals in dealing with those issues which prevent them from being a whole person.
We believe that each believer has been chosen to be a minister and leader to the Body of Christ and the World through their unique giftings invested in them by God. Thus we support and assist each other in the process of identifying and developing our purpose and ultimate destiny according to the counsel of His will. That all may be a blessing to God and our neighbors thus bring glory to our Lord.
